Beautiful Sea View 2 Bed Home

Nothing - it didn’t reflect the photos in the listing and the owner was not helpful in any way when contacted

The property lied in a run down council estate which had very steep steps to get up to. It wasn’t clean when we arrived, smelt of smoke, had black mould and food not cleared out of the fridge from the previous guests. The upstairs housed a family whose children screamed and were generally very loud, keeping us awake in the night. To top it off, one of the beds was broken and the other caused injury with which we had no help from the property owner. I would never book this place to stay again.

It was the worst experience I have ever had and I did not stay at the property. It was filthy with damp patches, leaking water tap and visible used laundry shoved into a cupboard

What a beautiful view, apartment is quite spacious very beautiful decorated, and the view is absolutely stunning town centre is about 15 minutes walk where you will find lots of restaurants to eat had a fantastic stay will definitely return.

We arrived after a long day of travel from Devon to find the property hadn’t been clean from the night before. No response from the owner by phone & one response to my complaint via email that only said ‘ok, cool’.

The flat is located in a council estate Very dirty outside Cigarette butts everywhere on the ground outside the property When I walked into the flat, I was instantly met with a horrible odour maybe mould or dust Bedsheets were dirty, unwashed not changed The kitchen had stains everywhere Rubbish all over back garden I walked in there with my family and walked back out! I didn’t even sit inside. Trying to contact the home owner doesn’t work Wouldn’t suggest to a homeless person. Payed £90 to walk into the flat and walk back out! Today Booking.com finally gave me a refund of 15% which is an absolute joke. This place shouldn’t be on Booking.com but they still keep it on which means they are scamming people just as much as this person! Just be careful with this one
