Beautiful Sea View 2 Bed Home

This property deserves a 0, other than the view from the property it is by far the worst place we have been and no help whatsoever from the staff.

The property was freezing cold, the shower did not work, no key was left as stated so we could not leave our stuff in the property. The owners belongings were everywhere within the property- bags of clothes in a cupboard, laundry hanging in the wardrobes, food in cupboards and fridge which had been there god knows how long. The noise from the property above was unbearable, we were in the property 10 minutes after driving over 5 1/2 hours and booked into a hotel. This property should not be rented out in its current state and it is certainly not as it is advertised, a very run down area and property which rubbish all around the outside and absolutely no communication from the owners at all even after calling a number of times, messaging on booking and messaging the number provided. Absolutely disgraceful and we were informed that it is one of the roughest parts of Glasgow. Just wow, this should be removed!!!

Good location

It was a very cold couple of nights. The heating was only luke warm, couldn't get hold of the host. No towels

Amazing views of the sea and mountains bed and pillows very comfortable slept so well didn’t want to get up in the morning amazing bath 🛀

Everything was good living room beautiful comfortable sofas lovely table and chairs for dinner good just put lights of watch the stars sunset to all very good

I don’t have anything of value to say.

1, the property does NOT have a pull out sofa as advertised meaning all staff members couldn’t stay - costing us more money. 2, flat was filthy, old food & yuck in the oven, washing hanging all over the place on arrival & the outside space has old furniture & junk dumped in it. 3. I requested a partial refund of what we had paid due to the accommodation not being as advertised & was completely ignored. The accommodation was that bad a 2nd staff member decided to leave & travel 4hr round trip each day rather than stay there (our staff live away Mon-Fri have done for over a year & this was a 1st for us) FYI I’ve never written a review for any other property we’ve stayed at.

We had such a lovely stay here, the view is stunning and there are lots of options for a great days out within a short drive.

The property matched the negative reviews but I was bowled over by the spectacular view and nearby cycle path. As I was on foot, I was disappointed that the bus routes couldn’t make the steep access. However, the blurb did warn off guests with mobility issues. The owner left the door unlocked with the key on the top of the fridge as the keysafe was faulty, which I thought was unusual especially in such a rough estate. However my neighbours were friendly and quiet. I fully understand why the reviews were so horrific but the price made up for the chaotic conditions. I really enjoyed my stay.

The view

Positioned in run down estate with between 50-100 steps to get to it.very messy on outside of building.outside lights did not work.above property was very noisy with children running about late at night and at 6am every morning.parking was very poor. Inside property bathroom was tiny, kitchen was good,beds very uncomfortable,TV kept flickering had no remote control.no complimentary towels. No meet and greet with key property left open with key left on fridge. Would not recommend this place attall to stay.

Property was unclean and not as expected.

Very cold, neglected apparent. Kitchen awful, needs proper cleaning. I've never seen an oven in that state. The view is good but we couldn't see it because the windows were awfully dirty. I found pills under my bed. I have no idea why they were there. Mould in one of the bedrooms. Bathroom very old and hasn't been cleaned properly from a while The flat is on the ground floor. Noise very bad from the people living upstairs. Very disappointed!
