"Decent flat, uncomfortable bed"

Great location in Southminster, perfect for an event we were attending at Southminster Hall. Good clean kitchen and bathroom and decent parking space around the back.

Terrible bed, please buy a new mattress or invest in a mattress topper, completely unacceptable to have mattress springs digging in all night - woke up in pain!
