Lovely holiday home in Southminster

No coffee, tea, sugar no wash up liquid Shower ran cold whilst in it and had no hot water the rest of the night Bedding worn out Shop right next door so lots of people coming and going Very small studio overall TV only Internet tv

Situated in the High Steet

Compact ground floor flat. Mostly well equipped, comfy bed, off road parking space. Very convenient for bus stops. Small food store a few steps away.

Surprised there were no mugs. Just 2 small cups/saucers, no teapot though. We drink a lot of tea! So bought 2 mugs from charity shop. No baking tray? The TV was large screen and felt the (small) sofa was too close for us, but could move the sofa back although then would be nearer the cooker. To economise on floor space, maybe wall mounted would be appropriate when time comes to replace TV.? A folder with basic written operating instructions for guests when using appliances etc would be useful.

Its a good size

It didn’t have the basic necessities such as tea, sugar or milk. Its an apartment so expected at least oil to make food but nothing, no salt. Only had one roll of tissues. I didn’t like that the hot water had to be turned on each shower, had to wait for 30 mins for water to heat up. 2 people cant have a shower at the same time cause only heats up a little bit. The key is small and risk of losing it
