The location. Beds were comfortable.

We were 3 adults snd 1 child. I sdked if the extra big double bed can be made up as 2 singles the answer was it is not possible. But ariiving there the extra large double is indeed two beds so it was possible. The carpet in the tv room was extremely dirty. The curtain in the tv room wss looped skipping one loop- untidy. The outside couch was very dirty. The kitchen utensils and cutlery more suitable for 3 people than 4. The curtains in the 2 bedrooms also very untidy- missed hooks and 1 curtain hanged right side to the outside. The 2nd bathroom was very small. Used other rooms shower and hand basin as well. The bed lamps not practical as the cord can not reach the plug.I took up the dirty carpet, curtains and couch up with the host who apologised saying they were rushed as there were people before us. They also said they would fetch the carpet, but it was so dusty underneath that it wss unpractical to remove it.

Schoon, dicht bij strand en eetgelegenheid. Communicatie veelvuldig en snel ze reageren op een vraag. Veilig gevoel. Keuken is goed voorzien.

Uitzicht niet wat verwacht was. Zeezicht is niet alleen op je tenen staan in de woonkamer en dan klein stukje van de oceaan zien. Tv werkte niet. Zitje buiten is aan vervanging toe.

The location.

None of our requests were catered for. For example, one cot was provided as opposed to two even though we paid for the second one. The cot provided was broken therefore we couldn't use it. We had to sleep with a 4 month and 21 months old in our bed at the risk of them falling. We paid for cleaning services for the duration of our stay, however, no cleaning was done. The designated host indicated that he knew nothing about the above as no communication was received from Booking.com nor their reservation office although all communication was through The Host Management Team (which is the reservation office).
