Broken kitchen tap Broken light fitting No mugs / glasses (only champagne glasses) Sock over the fire detector Dirty baking trays and pots / pans Had to reset the boiler to get hot water

"Lovely location for what we needed"

The place is spacious with double beds. Clean & plenty of utensils in drawers & cupboards.. all the equipment you need to cook. Shops across the road.

"Great safe location, close to the"

We had a fabulous stay, very comfortable and close to the NEC. We appreciated the secure parking and how close the car was to the entrance of the flat. The host was very friendly and receptive. Great value for money. We would defo stay there again if visiting the area.

The bathroom is due for a refurb, to bring it up the standard of the rest of the flat. Mostly the flat was very clean, but we did feel the need to wash the crockery and cutlery before we used it.

I stayed at this flat for a business trip and was disappointed with the condition. The oven and kitchen cupboards were dirty, and the light in the bedroom I was going to stay in didn’t work. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance left much to be desired.

The property was nice inside and in a quiet location

When we got there, there was urine in the toilet, we found mouldy coffee in the coffee jar, windows were dusty and the bathroom lock was broken. Random items in the cupboards clearly left from other people just not what expected for the price. Owner was very helpful on how to get into property but did have to ring when we arrived as altough they said they had sent details on WhatsApp we had no what’sapp from him until we rang

Great communication with the owner, clear instructions for entry. The accommodation was ideal for 4 adults, plenty of space. Everything was there that we needed for a short break away. Good location for getting the bus to the NEC or city centre. Good accommodation for what we paid.

The bathroom was a bit tired.
