The property was very well laid out with everything you need. I liked the fact it had secure parking. Being familiar with the area, it was ideally located for me to visit family. The owner was very helpful and communicative.

Lovely secure parking and very comfortable flat, location was perfect for the NEC

Could do with a slight freshen up within the bathroom but other than that it was lovely
