Clean nice pool good location

The windows faced other buildings no there was no view to the sky- Just walls.

Nothing. There was an electricity outage and it didn’t go back even after 18 hours. The toilet and water system worked with electricity. You couldn’t shower or use the toilet, we had to go get water from the rooftop to use the Wc.The owner didn’t want to release us or reimburse us. We called booking and he told them the whole block was out of electricity but it wasn’t . Booking believed him and not us. People were leaving and not getting reimbursed. It was horrible, we had two kids with us who suffered stressed for not being able to use the bathroom and couldn’t shower. That guy is a horrible person and booking should ban him from advertising here. Inhumane, disgusting disrespectful.

Location, size of room, gym, roof top pool and view. And Alberto front desk was lovely as well as cleaning staff that we seen around the property. Also they have jugs of water available for purchase 60 pesos very convenient.

Washer and dryers worked extremely poor. Had to take laundry out to get washed. Had to pay to use bbq then clean to get money back. Staff did not tell us where cleaning supplies were for bbq. No instructions were given at start of vacation. The biggest issue was the establishment booked our transfer from airport to accommodation. There was no phone number or name of transfer. We paid upfront to hotel. No money was reimbursed when transfer didn’t arrive. Hotel said they would pay for transfer back to airport. But we couldn’t trust that this would happen. Therefore we booked our own transfer back!

Great location and large rooms, washing machine and dryer very helpful. Modern facilities

Small cold pool

Love the location. Bed is comfortable. Staff are pleasant. Plenty closet space to hang your stuff. Nice clean rooftop pool and chairs with great view.

Don’t waist your money on upgrading to the balcony suit. They are internal balcony and the wall is a foot away from it. It smells bad so we kept the balcony door closed at all times. Unless you get the 2 bedroom suite that’s the only big balcony looking into a street. Was there 2 weeks and no cleaning service or cleaning supplies and only one set of sheets and 2 sets of towels. There is no airflow or balcony to hang your stuff so nothing would dry and we left with clothing smelling wet and moldy. Shower didn’t work well but that’s most of Mexico for you. Coffee maker not coffee. The light is super dim hard to see anything. Only mirror in the bathroom but with the dim light hard to do your makeup.

Overall, rooms are spacious and clean. Location is also good right in the center.

Shower was cold and wasn’t fixed during our stay Almost no daylight since windows facing walls that are literally a meter away. Window blinds were also broken Kitchen is very basic equipped and oven not working Pool was dirty and didn’t look appealing
