The location is excelent and the rooms are quite large with an external area. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms smell mold, some of the rooms in the location don't have enough hot water in the shower, the towels are provided once during the stay and they don't get dry naturally in the room due to high humidity. There was a coffee machine and some pans, but no coffee, sugar, salt or oil in the apartment. The location is neither an Airbnb where you have certain items in the facilities for basic cooking, nor the service of a hotel. The pillows are too high. Some lights were not working in our room.

Wifi only worked by the front door if it even connected, so tv or phone use in bedroom was a no. Shower water pressure was weak. No hangers in wardrobes. Nothing would dry in the apartment due to damp. Were rules against using sun screen in the pool but the Pool water was green and uncleaned.

The only thing was the view of the ocean from the balcony.

The rooms were dirty especially the floor. It rained and the water entered the room through the sliding glass door and we had to use towels to stop the overspill. I asked the front desk to ask housekeeper to mop the floor especially because water had entered the room and it never got done.

Nothing

No generator during the hurricane…..power was out for 2 days. No support with water or any safety measures. Refund was rejected.

Not much

The room smelled as smoke. Then they changed us to a new one. In the morning it smelled as sewer. The parking is very small, añmost impossible to park. The forst night there was no blanket in the room, we almost froze. The hotel corridors are very strech and dirty. Not a good value.

This place is great. We stayed at a 2Bd apartment, the on with balconies. It was really nice and big. The rooms were large and separated enough to have your own privacy. The location is about a block away from the beg of 5th ave! You can choose to walk all the way to the center it’s no issue and actually really nice since there’s a lot of restaurants everywhere.

The pool is small so it could be easier for them to keep it clean, it wasn’t dirty dirty but at the bottom there were some drowned insect’s that didn’t make you feel comfortable. A daily clean would come in handy. The sliding doors didn’t lock, the security guy said it’s been that way but that they would be there 24/7, it was kinda scary at night but then got used to it. Hope they fix it soon since that was the reason I didn’t give the highest rating. Overall everything was great.

They are pet friendly!!! Location was good, the room was fine, always had parking lot, the staff were nice...

They don't clean the rooms!!! If you want it cost you extra! should be free, at list they should clean the all building... witch they don't!! and all the building need maintenance!!! Pool needs to be clean more often, in the gym the machines need maintenance, they have free laundry but it's never works well.. need to buy new ones, the always have problem with water, some time they don't have, all the time the pressure of the hot water is low and it's like 10 secund hot water 50 secund cold, Seems to have bad management...
