A dump. Dark, crammed , window facing a concrete wall, shower wasn't working. Felt like a prison.

The roof terrace, quiet and good communication.

All windows were looking into walks so a bit claustrophobic. The shower had very low pressure.

Nice decoration. Gym is sufficant. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is really comfortable. We could leace our luggage after checkout. Location is good. AC super strong.

Note: I am complaining on a high level. We arrived at the apartment 2h before checkin and they refused to provide us with beach towels or let us to the pool. We stayed 4 nights and to change towels would have been an extra charge. The pool is nice but would need some cleaning. Shower is with very low pressure and chilled water (not a big problem due to the temperatures) Room had almost no natural light.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Only stayed one night but apartment would be great for a long-term stay. Close to 5th Ave.

Parking rather tight.

The staff were not very helpful and the hotel is not very sound proof you can hear everything in other rooms unfortunately

The location was great - easy walk to beaches or, the other way, to center of action. It's a block off of Avenida 5 (the pedestrian avenue that stretches through the city and is lined with various shops and restaurants), but far enough from the center that it is mostly quiet at night. The various people at the front desk were so great: always available, friendly and helpful.

The room is a bit dark due to a building being built right next to it. Also, the shower temperature slowly warmed up, cooled down, warmed up again - all while handle was on hot.

It was pretty quiet.

We stayed for 4 nights and didn’t have any hot water to take a shower the entire time we were there. We reported it the first 3 days and someone finally came to look at it on the fourth day and said they had to order a part. Four days of cold showers wasn’t enjoyable. They didn’t offer to change rooms or a discount for the inconvenience.

Good location. Modern furnishings

Terrible moldy smell throughout the suite and humid even with air conditioner on and the bathroom smell was like a sewage strong smell. Don’t keep that door open. WiFi was terrible. Very dark. There was a small patio w 2 chairs but it was pitch black, day and night so you can’t use it. Suite is only good if you are just sleeping there and like damp smells bc no light & even when you turn on the lights they’re not very bright.
