MAYAN MONK Suites

The apartment was well appointed and clean. We liked the location and the proximity to the beach and 5th avenue. The kitchen had good appliances. The roof top pool was enjoyable to lounge around. I liked that the unit had 2 separate washrooms and 3 TVs. Huilberto at the front desk was very helpful with any requests we had.

There wasn't enough water pressure for the toilet and bathroom occasionally and the hot water took a long time to flow.

Location, pool area, everything perfect.

The pillows are very uncomfortable, thats all.

The beds were comfortable. The ACs worked great. The kitchenette was quite useful and the tv in every room was a plus.

The location was a bit far from the center but the start of the Main Street wasn’t far.

The king size bed was great and so was the air conditioning

We paid for a suit with balcony and didn’t get one They told use only the penthouse suits have them. Funny because l had a choice of a suit with or with out one. Big mistake in there advertisement on booking.com

Silent place, close to the 5th Ave

The location was definitely good because it was close to almost all the store where car where'n able to go so you add time to actually walk no stress and buy everything you need. The kitchen was full furnished because we like to cook ours own food sometimes. I lime the inside parking so we know the rented car was safe. The balcony for the apartment didn't hâve view but we had access to the roof that had a beautiful pool and place to relax bathroom and even bbq for people that wanted to use it.

For the inside parking every time we arrived at the hotel someone actually asked to go inside to tell them to remote open the game for the parking before going inside and same for going outside.

Great location, close to beach, nice condo. The bed was super comfortable:) staff is friendly and helpful! I enjoyed how convenient it was to 5th avenue and great restaurants.

Great location. Staff pleasant and helpful. Nice shower.

Construction noise. No view.

It's a large, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. It was very quiet and in a convenient location.

Ill equipped kitchen. One stock pot and 2 fry pans. Two forks and a few other bits of cutlery. Had to ask for a coffee maker. The elevator wasn't working well. We were on the 4th floor. Had to walk a few times...I'm disabled. When we first arrived, we went to an entirely wrong area but the receptionist said nothing. There was no outside area. It said patio but, it was an interior patio. Couldn't even look out of a window. Nothing but walls. Yes, you can go to the roof but, no shade. The pool water was cold. We could have upgraded to a balcony room but the cost was ridiculous. There is parking but if you have anything bigger than say, a Chevy Spark, you won't get in or out. There was a lot wrong. And not exactly as described.
