New Luxury Penthouse beachfront in the Algarve

Private rooftop Jacuzzi was the reason we rented here and it was truly lovely! Enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from bed (in December) or from the balcony. It's not an unobstructed view but it's pretty wide. From the balcony we could also see the beach. Possible also to see the ocean from some seats in the Jacuzzi. Tons of windows for maximum light in the unit and most are sliding doors so in warmer weather the whole side of the living room can open up. AC/heat units in the common area plus each bedroom made staying comfortable easy. Less than one block to the seaside. Lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent location. Beds are firm but comfortable with four pillows each. Outdoor grill and dining area was nice although we didn't get to use it. Sparkling clean. Nice to have a dishwasher and clothes washer, and two sinks in the bathroom.

No major complaints, only small inconveniences. The elevator is tiny, and you do have to walk up the last flight of stairs but they're not too steep or narrow. We found that easily manageable. Bedrooms are tight - had to approach the bed sideways to get in - but there's space at the end of the bed for luggage. Overhead lights are quite bright and not dimmable, and no lamps, so it was either bright enough to perform surgery or dark. We tuned the TV to a YouTube fireplace and that created sufficient ambient light for us in the evening. Two of us stayed for three days and only had two towels - extras would have been nice for the Jacuzzi. Only the sofa to sit on in the living room, fine for the two of us but for any more, they'd have to sit on the kitchen chairs. No rugs so the floor was cold (that might be a benefit in warmer months!) We had a larger vehicle (Cupra) and felt uncomfortable trying to get it in the garage so we just parked on the street.

The apartment is very nice and clean, well equipped, and the jacuzzi is amazing. It's located in a peaceful and safe area. We felt safe parking the car on the street. The apartment is very close to the beach. We also loved the 4k TV with chromecast and streaming services!

only one thing is that all the lights are very brightly white. We are used to soft light at night where we come from so we worked around by turning on the lights in another room and used that as the indirect lighting instead. Some dimmable floor lights would be a great solution.

Location, 2 minutes from beach front with restaurants and quiet bars.Although an old building the apartment seems brand new with every facility thought out Jacuzzi wonderful.Beds so comfy.

New, clean and very beautiful apartment. Sea view is a little bit obstructed, but still great. Nice terrace, good jacuzzi.

There was no "extras" ie games, beach towels, beach umbrellas etc. Tourists from overseas can't lug those things over so it's a nice touch to find those in an apartment. Unfortunately, none of that was available. This would have made a big difference.

2 min to the beach, a gorgeous view to the beach and ocean, very clean Appartement , very quiet house, good beds 1,80 m and 1,60 m and one comfortable bed sofa. Amazing terrace. Barbecue and jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen, towels big and small for every guest. Very friendly owner (via email). Very big shower with a great air conditioning. Would be great if there were 3 big bed sheets for every bed.

The location was great, the property was the perfect size for our family, was very well stocked and appointed, and the roof top with a view and sauna were extra perks.

Very spacious, newly decorated, full amenities (includes jacuzzi, bbq area, reserved underground parking)

Lifts not properly working in the building (had to walk up/down 7 floors), foul smell from bathroom
