New Luxury Penthouse beachfront in the Algarve

Beautiful apartment, well equipped for my family, and great location. I will definitely came back!

Elevator only goes to the 6 floor, but this unit is only a small walk up

Location was good. Convenient to the locations we wanted to visit. Elevator up to the 6th floor which was good for bringing up our luggage. Had to carry it up the last flight of stairs. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and local grocery stores were very good for the items we needed. Once we found the apartment, it was easy to get inside as we were given the access codes to enter the building and the lock box for the apartment keys.

We found that the apartment was difficult to find based on the address provided and GPS directions. It didn’t help that we arrived late at night. It would be nice if the directions were clearer. Although there was free parking in the building garage, it was very difficult to maneuver our car into the space provided as it was a larger vehicle. After the first night we opted for the free street parking because it was too difficult to park in garage. We did find parking on the street but it was crowded and we had to search for a spot relatively close to entrance by driving around for a little while.

Balcony, jacuzzi, proximity to beach and amenities

this property was veeery difficult to find, even when we found it ,it was confusing because it doesnt say that the lift goes to the sixth floor and the property is on the seventh floor up another flight of stairs which would have been a huge issue for a handicapped person. also only one key was left. also there needs to be a handle on the outside of the door to the roof area because if the door to the bedroom is closed and someone closes that exit door there is no way to get back in

It’s was exceptionally clean, the views were lovely .

The entrance hall downstairs was a little tired.
