Close to the beach and supermarket. Quality and comfort inside the apartment.

Well, lots of stuff didn't go as planned. Jacuzzi was not working. Elevator doesn't go to the last floor, you can't access the garage by the elevator, it was old (does not seem safe) and one of the them was broken (always waiting more than 5 minutes to get one). Stairs are old and have no light, dangerous to walk inside the building at night alone. Outside door was never closed (it was broken, actually). Some people walking inside the building do not seem safe, it isn't good at all. No blanket nor pillows to have the fifth person sleeping on the sofa. I don't recommend it!

Two bathrooms wound have been great.

The apartment is in a great location and very nicely renovated with modern decor. We loved the large outdoor patio and the hot tub. We used the patio a couple times for dinner (the pizza restaurant downstairs is pretty good!). The owner was super helpful too if we needed anything. He even sourced a baby high chair for us which was really appreciated. Book it!

We have nothing bad to say about the apartment itself. The building needs a bit of work, the elevator is small and dated, but overall everything was acceptable. The parking garage is nice to have but getting in and out is very tight.

Great overall. super clean, great condition. 2 rooms with individual ac and tvs. washing machine. huge outdoor patio with jacuzzi. view on the sea from the main room. easy access to restaurants and beach. 5 min walking distance from supermarket
