"Requested £250 deposit and held it for nearly 3 weeks after check out"

Good location and price

They took £250 for a deposit into some random Monzo account, we checked out on the 1st January and was told 3-5 days, which is excessive anyway. After countless messages and contacting customer services I have finally got my deposit back 18 days after checking out which is ridiculous and spoiled the whole experience.

"Average house, lack of basic necessities, disappointed by host responses"

Location was ideal, plain and simple house to host a get together Rooms were all a good size bar one smaller room

Lack of toilet roll / cleaning products Poor blinds in majority of rooms & no curtains Lack of mirrors thought out the whole house & been accused of taking a hairdryer which was not there on arrival and was charged £50 Deposit took 2 weeks to be returned which was sated would only take 2-5 working days Overall lack of contact from the host, highly disappointed
