Great location. Clean and tidy.

Wifi was terrible. Kept cutting in and out and even when it did work it was as slow as dial up. No hand soap or shower gels and only 2 loo rolls to last 2 people 4 days!

Für Feierwütige genau die Richtige Adresse. Sehr zentral gelegen und entsprechend leicht wieder zu finden.

Die Unterkunft war mit der Beschreibung schlecht zu finden, Teile stimmten nicht mehr. Die Unterkunft befindet sich auf einem Hinterhof hinter einem Deli. Geruch und Geschäuschkulisse sind entspechend laut (war angekündigt). Die Wohnung ist herunter gewirtschaftet, Schimmel massiv im Badezimmer.

"Terrible apartment thats needs complete refurbishment"

Good location and that's about it.

Really bad booking in the centre of newcastle, flat is incredibly tired and in need of refurbishment, kitchen and bathrooms were shabby and could do with replacement. Bathroom had damage to the wall which was covered in tape and there is mould everywhere, extractor fan is broken which is causing the mould issues. Flat wasn't very clean and under the chairs in the sitting room were covered in dirt. Beds were comfortable buy bedrooms were shabby and definitely need decorating again. Generally really unhappy with booking. Told the support team but nothing is going to be done about our booking but not worth the money we paid
