It was very clean, very close to all amenities, very comfortable

I liked it all

Broken beds, broken tables, broken drawers, broken floors. Even the extension lead didn't work. Arrived to a blocked toilet which took over a day to get fixed. The staff via email and messenger were attentive and helpful asking for pictures. But should have been aware of these things before letting out this apartment. Really not worth the money I paid. I was embarrassed to my family that I had booked this.

We had 4 staying as booked but no extra bedding for the sofa bed

There was no hot water in our apartment, radiators did not work was very cold when messaging the property about this nothing was done. This completely ruined our stay here. Would not go back

Apartment was spacious and suited our needs to eat and talk together. Clean and well equipped.

Bit noisy outside but it was Newcastle at the weekend and we expected parties
