Everything was wonderful! The location was perfect, right around the corner from the cathedral and the main square. Riccardo was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable, especially on a hot day.

No complaints, I would stay there again.

Casa ampia, pulita e in pieno centro storico. Ottima soluzione sia per visitare Spoleto, sia per gestire una vacanza itinerante in Umbria. La struttura infatti è molto ben collegata ai parcheggi pubblici della città, grazie alle scale e ai tappeti mobili che consentono di raggiungere anche i i diversi luoghi di Spoleto molto comodamente.

Absolut zentral in der schönen Altstadt von Spoleto gelegen, nachts ruhig. Schön renoviert, geräumig, sauber. Problemloser Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter.

Die Wohnung hat mit einem kleinen Fensterchen und wegen einer gegenüber liegenden, hohen Wand praktisch kein Tageslicht, sodass man sich dort tagsüber nicht gerne aufhält. In der Küche wären ein paar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Teebeutel gastfreundlich gewesen, wie das sonst meist geboten wird.
