A surcharge of 20 EUR applies for arrival after check-in hours 19:00 until 22:30, From 22:30 and 2:30 am applies a surcharge of 40 EUR applies. After 2.00 am a surcharge of 60 EUR applies. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. According to the municipality of Bologna, the heating system can be activated from mid-October until mid-April. As for the air conditioning, it can be used from June 1st. Please note that no free towel/bed linen change is included during the stay. Full of character and timeless charm. Great location for sightseeing and restaurants

2 kettles one worked with broken lid and the other didn’t work. Shower would benefit from larger spray head. These issues didn’t detract from the positives
