The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and is well connected to public transportation.

This is a small hotel with only a few rooms so the reception is not occupied all the time. Still the staff was easy to reach via chat. The ventilation in the bathroom smelled a bit musty.

Grande chambre privée agréable. Literie très confortable. Petit salon très sympa. Café et thé à dispo dans la chambre. Personnel super accueillant. Petits gâteaux à l’arrivée très appréciables. À 15 minutes à pied de Pontocho Alley (pour les sorties nocturnes). Baignoire bain chaud privée super après 25000 pas en une journée.

Le bain chaud n’était pas dans notre chambre (chambre privée du 2eme étage) et sur booking.com ce n’était pas précisé, donc déception lorsqu’on nous a montré notre bain privé au rez de chaussé, dans le lobby, car nous étions obligés de descendre avec nos affaires dans le lobby.

駅近の場所に宿泊施設があったこと。ワンフロアに1組の宿泊施設のため、他の客とも会う機会もなくプライベートな時間を過ごすことが出来た。

枕のシートから強い異臭がある等、衛生面に問題があると感じた。 また宿泊２日目に部屋の清掃がされていなかっため、電話にて問い合わせした所、部屋の清掃やシーツタオルの利用のサービスは4泊５日からでないと無料で利用できない旨の記載がなかった。 なお4泊５日以内の場合でシーツの取り替えや部屋の清掃を行う場合はシーツの取り替えは4,500円かかることを確認したが、4泊5日に限定する理由については明確な回答を得られなかった。 またバスタオルの取り替えについては200円かかる旨を教えて頂いたが、このような内容はサイトに記載がなかった。 以上の内容を踏まえ、当ホテルには強い不信感を抱いた。

The room was beautifully decorated and very serene. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. We also liked how quiet the neighborhood is. It was nice to have a couch in the room, which made it feel like there was a place to sit and hang out, instead of just having the beds. The host is so kind and helpful. Another great thing is its really close to a family mart and a 7/11! Super easy to grab late night food.

This was my mistake, but I thought our room would have a private onsen. The photos on booking and the descriptions make it seem like the onsens are available to all rooms. The hotel has 3 rooms total. The top floor and the bottom floor rooms have access to their own private onsen. The middle floor does not have access to an onsen. The host was kind about it when I asked, and I understand that it was my mistake when booking, I just think the website could be more clear about this! I also think the coffee and tea supplies could be improved. We only had very small glass mugs and it was difficult to make coffee using the drip coffee pouches provided. Lastly, breakfast was hard to find in the area, which is necessary because the hotel does not provide it and breakfast spots open later than we are used to. I would recommend guest stock up on food from the grocery store or conbini !
