The location can't be beat! It is super close to many of the cultural sites making morning and evening strolls easy with kids. The apartment itself has a great layout with windows facing the open space, counter seating overlooking these spaces, and really nice lighting making the night ambiance enjoyable as well. We also really enjoyed the restaurant next door which was a bonus we were not expecting with this stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the large bed is very soft and made up of two twin beds placed together. We found ourselves needing to stay away from the center as we were rolling into the middle of the beds where they came together.

Lots of space, great location, Family Mart is literally downstairs, nice big refrigerator. The detached, third party, underground parking ramp seems to be an unknown secret even though the place is next door to the shrine and all the activity. (Four people could stay here if you used the big couch, although you wouldn't have bedding for it), It was a lot of space for 3 people by Japanese standards for sure.

The hot water ran out at night and the lights at the intersection where it is located can be nerve wracking because its hard to tell when you have the right to turn (it is easier if you approach it from the back),

観光スポットや京都の中心街に近く、ロケーションが最高だった。 特に八坂神社や知恩院への初詣には京都一便利な場所。 お風呂が広くゆっくり浸かれた。 部屋も広く、キッチンも付いていて、長期滞在でゆったり過ごすには良い場所。

風呂のシャワーの水量が弱く、座って頭を洗える場所が無かった。 飲食用の広めのテーブルが無かったのと固定のソファが近すぎてTVが見づらかった。 密閉度が低いのか、外部の音が少し気になり、暖房をかけていても少し寒かった。
