The magnificent view, the comfortable and cosy layout and facilities, including a washing machine and dryer. The fireplace and outdoor space and having a proper kitchen for cooking meals. Great undercover parking space too.

Could have had more usable storage space for clothes.

THE VIEW was spectacular .. mountains, water, sunsets & paragliders!! The layout of the apartment was perfect for 2 couples. Great kitchen to cook in despite the limited cooking utensils. The location .. a short but very steep walk away from the chaos of downtown. The underground parking.

It’s tired, cabinets are damaged, rugs are stained and the door hand in the master bed room was falling off. The kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Pots and pans are old and scraped up with no real skillet. The bed in the main bedroom is soft and saggy. The pillows are like couch cushions. The deck needs better furniture and an umbrella for the table.

The view is sensational and only a short healthy walk to the huddle and bustle of central Queenstown. A big and spacious property that’s very easy to relax into.

It is getting close to needing a mattress change in the master suite.

"Good location and lovely view from the terrace"

The view was amazing and the unit comfortable. The large terrace was also a plus.

Just a few maintenance issues. Our bedroom door handle fell off first night.

Spectacular view from the balcony and proximity to the city centre. Kitchen was well equipped.

The master bedroom gets the afternoon sun and can get very hot in summer. Very hilly walk from city centre which common in Queenstown.
