Хорошее расположение. Близко и к Русалкам, и к руинам. Магазины тоже близко, и окксо и 7-11. Удобная хоть и не очень большая кровать. Кофеварка для американо.

Постоянно выключалась вода! Причем сперва горячая, а потом и холодная. Было очень много раз (5-6) за наше недолгое прибывание. Писали владельцу. Отвечал через час, обещал решить, в результате 3-4 часа сидишь без воды совсем! Даже в туалете не смыть! Ужас! Второе: очень шумный сосед. При чем он там живет постоянно. Это его частный дом. Слышимость такая что слышно каждый рилс и видео которые он смотрит в телефоне. А ещё он ночью собирал друзей, и они могли громко разговаривать до 3-4 часов ночи в любой день недели! Спать невозможно было, они как будто в нашем номере говорили! На наши просьбы быть тише: он отвечал что это его частный дом и он что хочет , то и делает. Третье: номер очень темный. В окна свет неприходит никогда. Только лампочки круглый день включать, а они очень слабые. Четвертое:Ну и ещё. В какой то из дней пришли муравьи. Очень много муравьев!Снаружи номера! Жуть. Great location close to major supermarket and the mini-bus terminal to go to Tulum and Coba. Quiet area away from party crowd. Shared private garden.

Kitchen facilities were super basic with portable cooktop that struggled to boil water (which was necessary as can't drink or wash dishes in tap water).

The privacy of the room and toilet, it was clean too

Location is good but you need to walk to get to places

I loved the room, it was the best I've stayed at in Playa Del Carmen. It was definitely a room for one person, single bed, but also a couch. They had free wine and water waiting in the room. It was quiet and a main property door key then a outdoor door with another key. It was very safe, but I didn't feel the area wasn't safe. It's better to feel so secure anywhere you stay. I will return to the property my next visit.

The room didn't have enough light as I like a lot of light, no outdoor light, but that made it more private and secure. The location was a bit of a walk from the main areas, but I don't mind walking. If you want to be in the middle of everything with all the loud music, this isn't for you. If you don't like walking, you won't want to stay here.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage, lieber Empfang. Nahe zum Terminal. Eine Oase. Einkaufen um die Ecke. Kochmöglichkeit. Kühlschrank und Geschirr. Ein kleiner Garten bietet Entspannung

La propiedad estaba muy limpia lo cual hace una estadía agradable, además está cercana a la 5ta avenida y está todo cerca. Incluida la playa que te podes ir caminando.

Se cortó el internet un día entero , y el agua también un par de horas. Se lo dijimos a la anfitriona y por suerte respondió siempre rápido.

Excellent location in a quiet area and not far from a big supermarket. Big apartment. Excellent AC. Good value for money

A bit finicky with all the keys and locks. I somehow managed to get locked out and locked in at the same time as I left my keys in the apartment for an early check out, but then the front door was locked and needed a key as well, so make sure the front door is unlocked if you are leaving the keys inside. My main concern is the amount of noise, music and talk coming from the..neighbour? Because there is only a half wall seperating the apartment area and his living space. Not the best wifi.

Nie mieliśmy ciepłej wody. Po prośbie do gospodarza o zmianę pokoju lub dostęp do prysznica z ciepłą wodą, została nam odcięta również zima woda.

La habitación está muy bien adaptada para las necesidades básicas, tenía todo lo necesario, cumple con cada una de las especificaciones. Y esta a tan solo 10 minutos. Caminando del parque fundadores.

No tengo ningún mal comentario.
