Some dork took my carpark. I reported this to the building manager who was going to get it towed. Just mucked my evening up as i had pressure of trying to sort it. Apparently according to other residents he does it the whole time and takes what ever carpark he wants.

Difficult getting to the apartment once you enter the complex and finding the right lift.

We didn't receive the apartment from the photos we didn't receive a carpark. The key was not in the lockbox. It took 4 hours to check in. The link for online check in was defective. The worst accommodation experience I have had. Booking.com have charged me and the accommodation provider have also charged me. They refunded me $68 after spending hours on the phone.

The apartment is cosy and well equipped. It is located in the downtown area, near the Viaduct Harbour/Waterfront area which my parents loved. Walkable distance to restaurants and Commercial Bay. There are a couple of convenience stores near the apartment as well. Overall, a peaceful and quiet location.

The elevator didn't work (and wasn't working for days before we arrived, which is not the host's fault but the building management's, but still wish we were informed beforehand since we had 7 luggages) and the apartment was on the third floor. We also had to leave the keys in the apartment after checking out, which is kinda funny because we needed the key fob to open the pedestrian gate in order to leave, there was no Push to Exit button?? so my parents had to stay by the gate to keep it open while I ran upstairs to leave the keys inside. Couldn't imagine having to do it solo. Wouldn't have minded walking to the rented lockbox storage down the street again to leave the keys as alternative.
