it was a beautiful apartment, bright and welcoming, the kitchen was very well equiped. it was so close to everything. would definitely recommend it !

Shower wasnt cleaned, surface mould throughout and in grout and silicone didnt look nice

Location was good easy to get to the water front.

On the weekend we were there the lift was not working properly. The righthand window in the lounge would not close properly. The property does not have double glazing so it gets a lot of street noise. The tap in the kitchen leaked onto the bench. The microwave did not work. All this is a shame as it could be a nice apartment.

Property management company provided very poor service. Paid extra for early check in and they did not send key pickup details. When I contacted them for instructions after checkin time they customer service representive tried to put me onto someone else but cut off the call. Called back twice but they declined the call and text back they would call me back which they didn't. Finally made contact with someone by their messaging system who sent through instructions. Key pickup was a long distance from apartment. Extremely bad communication from the company - Zodiak Management Limited
