Canavial Terrace@Heart of Funchal

Right in the heart of Funchal , they also gave us underground parking, clean apartment and fully equipped kitchen!

Super location, lift, nice restaurants, cafes, shopping centre and park within 5 minute walk, lovely little balcony for morning sun, easy self check in when arriving on a late flight.

Terrible smell from bathroom when we arrived( not enough ventilation), furnishings need some upgrading, hooks or shelves needed in the bathroom, more hangers needed in wardrobe, very noisy in early morning ( rooster crowing from 6am!!), no luggage storage option after check out

This location is excellent to get around Funchal. Viktoria is a superb host and very helpful including assisting us when we had an issue with the tv. The apartment itself is comfortable, has everything you need, and has a very nice balcony for enjoying a glass of wine after a long day of walking and sightseeing.

The location is perfect, right in the city centre and next to a shopping centre with a large supermarket. What I particularly liked was the private parking in the same building as the shopping centre, where you have a reserved parking space so you never have to worry about finding a space and it is available 24 hours a day. The apartment has basic furnishings, but you have everything you need, including for cooking.

Paulo that introduced us to the parking and the apartment was super helpful. The apartment is spacious and has everything that is needed on holidays. It has Nespresso coffee machine and there are 2 capsules as a welcome pack, as well as some tea. There is olive oil in the cupboard for the cooking. We loved it.
