Very good location , overall good experience, you got everything for short stay 2-3 nights. Parking space could be reserved by management underground parking 12 euro per night about 15 min walking distance from apartment.

No AC and was quite warm when outside temperature was hot. No AC and no any fan at apartment so at night was hot and we kept windows opened but a lot of mosquitos come in and bites everyone, the mosquito net fitted at windows could be very helpful. Apartment needs a little bit maintenance here and there. At the moment the road is closed so you can't drive there, or drive from other side but it is one way road.

It was in the centre of city.Most of the visiting places in walking distance.

Apartment is too small for family. At night it is very difficult to sleep.Imagine,temperature is 30 or more,but no air condition, even not a single fan. After staying first night I informed them my childrens couldn't sleep due to hot temperatures. After knowing that they didn't arrange a fan.Then I bought 2 mini fans from Chinese shop. And there is an unnecessary cleaning fee,which comes after the reservation done.and surprisingly within 2 days no one came to clean.

Unfortunately, we didn't like anything about our stay. The unjust extra charge completely ruined our trip. Getting charged unfairly is not a pleasant experience.

I regret to say that our recent stay at this guesthouse was marred by an unfair additional charge. We arrived at 8 PM and, being tired, opted to order Uber Eats instead of cooking. We never used the oven, yet upon checking out, we were charged 29 euros for allegedly leaving it dirty. The oven was already dirty when we arrived. We left the guesthouse again at 11 AM, having no time or reason to use the oven. Despite our explanations and refusal to accept this unjust charge, the management refused to refund the 29 euros. This left a sour taste in what could have been a pleasant stay. We feel this charge was unfair and amounted to stealing from us. Be cautious of unexpected charges if you choose to stay here. We even took a picture of the oven when we checked in.Because we thought it was strange that it was dirty I have attached picture

The host said to me that is necessary to pay a cleaning tax (29 euros) 1 day before I arrive, and I didn't received it after my stayed, everything was clean when I got out. I arrived 5 minutes late and it costs more 15 euros. The parking cost more 15 euros and the host didn't give good informations where I can park in the street. I really don't recommend.

The location was really convenient and made it accessible to walk to key attractions and even see the bridge just down the street. It was helpful having parking available (even if we wished it was a little closer). The host communicated well and was overall responsive.

Even though we had communicated our arrival time well in advance, when we got there the place was not clean. We couldn’t shower and had to leave our stuff as people were there cleaning it. While the host offered a late check out as compensation, the people there were really rude and not at all apologetic about this. It was disappointing after a long day to come to a dirty apartment and rude people in it. We also had to pay for cleaning fee and taxes in cash which was the first time I’ve had to do that.

The one thing I liked was the location and the lady who gave us the keys. She was very friendly and helpful.

Washed but dirty bedding and towels, bad smell in the apartment, no cosmetics - although the description mentioned that they would be provided, no heating, an additional 50 euros (for cleaning and tourist tax), which were not presented before booking the apartment. And the worst thing is that not only do I pay for cleaning, I also receive this email from the company renting the apartment: Please remember that the cleaning service is included in your booking, however, some tasks are not included in your price: washing or putting away your dishes, emptying your bins and putting them in the bins provided. The worst apartment she rented on booking.com.

Everything is looking good

It was me and my sister and it was perfect, we had everything we needed, it was clean and there is a mini market right next door . The hosts were really nice and informative.

We were okay during our stay but it seemed like there wasn’t AC/Heating so it depends on the season you’re traveling
