Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at 50 EUR, subject to availability. In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for 10 EUR/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during the colder months.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Great place

I didn’t like the surprise in small print about having to pay extra for cleaning the room after my stay. Is that not a given in the rental? Is that not law? On site stay was very friendly but head office attitude was lacking in compassion.

The property’s location is very good!

The property was not clean. A lot of killed bugs on the ceiling and hair on the bathroom walls. Additionally the kitchen tap was broken.

"good location, but bad night’s sleep"

great location, very spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped

the sofa bed is not a bed. it is the bottom of a sofa with no mattress on. there are metal and wooden parts that stick into you. the normal bed is also very hard and uncomfortable. there are lots of hidden fees. you have to pay for cleaning fee and they don’t even put the bags in the bin for you. we tried to contact the host about the issue with the sofa bed but they took a long time to respond. there was no wardrobe or coat hangers.

"HIDDEN ADDITIONAL COSTS!! :("

Apartment is well located. Despite of many comments it was clean. The check-in buddy Caterina was very kind!

There is an extra cleaning fee 25€, but right before your check out you receive an email, cleaning service DOES NOT INCLUDE WASHING DISHES OR THROWING THE TRASH OUT. There is more. Is you wish to have some heat, it costs you extra 10€per day.
