FLH Downtown Modern Art Flat

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment had a modern and stylish design that made it feel comfortable and welcoming. One of the biggest advantages was the location—it is right in the heart of Lisbon and within walking distance of many major tourist attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas. It was very convenient to explore the city without relying on transportation. Overall, the property was clean, well-maintained, and served as an excellent base for our Lisbon vacation.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few areas that could be improved. There was a damp, moldy odor whenever the air conditioning turned off, which made the apartment feel less fresh. The Wi-Fi signal did not work in the second bedroom, which was inconvenient. The bedrooms were also quite dark because the windows could not really be opened, and the view looked directly onto a neighboring building and an alleyway with visible garbage. In addition, the primary bathroom could use some maintenance. The shower ceiling was peeling, and there was noticeable mold on the shower caulking. Addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

Location was excellent, nicely decorated, had an elevator, large rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Large living and dining area.

Little satchels of soap in the bathrooms could be improved. With two bedrooms, having more than one key fob for a suite than can hold at least four people would be helpful.

Spacious tidy well located.

It took 3 days to get soap in the two bathrooms and 3 texts. This was very inconvenient. The bedrooms were very dark with very poor lighting, they need stronger and more lighting. Shower ceiling in main bathroom was mouldy and peeling.

Apartament en una immillorable ubicació (a prop de tots els llocs més turístics de Lisboa), ampli, molt net i modern. Gens de soroll. Ben equipat: estris cuina, nevera gran i rentadora i assecadora. Disposar de 2 banys complerts és un gran avantatge. (Cheking molt fàcil: t'envien codi accés porta principal i t'obren de manera automàtica, un cop davant la porta apartament)

Els llits individuals ens haurien agradat de mida més ample (ja que a l'habitació es disposa d'espai suficient) i amb el matalàs més còmode (quan et posaves de costat, cap a una vora, queies cap als costat...).
