Great location. Clean apartment with everything we needed. Free parking space. Francisco was an amazing host. Very quick responses. We locked ourselves out on a Sunday evening and he was there within 15 mins to let us in. Would definitely return.

"Perfect, cozy apartment with amazing views just off the beaten bath in the heart of Funchal."

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a stay off the beaten path in Funchal. It's cozy, roomy, clean on the inside, with views of the ocean and city from the bedroom and kitchen windows (and a super cute kids playground from the breakfast nook window). And the view from the rooftop patio is incredible! Francisco met us and gave us a personal orientation from the rooftop. The apartment is easy walking distance from the city center, but not IN it. It's a real neighborhood with real local residents, and we loved that. The free parking space was a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again. Loved it!

"Great stay and great host"

Our host Francisco was very friendly and attentive. On the first day provided us with a lot of useful information about Funchal: places to visit, restaurants.. There was a heatwave during our stay and there only was one fan in the property. We asked him if it was possible to have an extra fan and he delivered it in a matter of hours. Also, a fire broke out and he called us with info about it and make sure we'd stay safe. The flat property was quiet, nice and clean.

The balcony shown in the pictures is not part of the flat, it's in the roof of the building and can only be used until 10pm. The mattress in the double bed may need replacing as we could feel the sprigs.

"Fully equipped, comfy appartment in (one of) the nicest parts of Funchal"

The 'feel home' impresson. The parking lot. The quieteness. The walking distance to the old city district (i.e. the 'real' funchal, not the not so nice(...) new district where the tour operators send you) and all its restaurants. The warm welcome of Francisco (thanks for this).
