The staff was unbelievably flexible and especially understanding.

I think the main hindrance of the apartements is the location, which while being incredibly convenient is still in the middle of an extremely steep road, which is kinda heavy on the body to walk. With a vehicle it’s not a problem but might be difficult if you’re lacking experience with driving. That being said, there is a garage to store said vechicle.

Amazing location within short walking distance of the old town. Parking was a huge benefit as well. Lots of space and everything was very clean.

The apartment was mostly as described (see below for the exception). It is well-located and there was free parking. Francisco met us at the apartment and gave us a good introduction.

The apartment was advertised as having a fan, however this was not available during our stay (I note that this has since been changed on the advert). My partner was unable to sleep and we moved to a different property for the last night. Francisco initially agreed to look into a refund for the last night, but came back afterwards (via the booking.com system) with a refusal and cut off further contact after that- this really soured our experience and we felt that this could have been handled better. I'm sure most people will enjoy their stay, we just had a different experience unfortunately.

Easy contact with the friendly host, cute apartment with well equipped kitchen, parking spot reserved for guests only, touristy area within walking distance. Nice location generally to reach the sights of Madeira, reasonably far from the airport.

Apartment was lack of cleaning/hygiene equipment, for longer stay/more guests host should consider providing enough dishwashing detergent/paper towels/toilet paper;as it’s not airbnb. Otherwise perfectly equipped and in a good condition!

A central apartment 5 min from the city. Nice roof-top view and a comfortable flat with good spaces.

Very good apartment with 2 bedrooms. Also there is really good parking place near the building. Owner of this apartment is super nice.

Very good location and the host was very nice and always ready to help us. The apt. was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Free parking as well and quiet complex.
