"Wonderful stay and truly a gem"

Wonderful little apartment, all kitchen and appliances we needed. Perfect location.

There weren't coffee pods provided so we needed to get some - not a big deal but needed some coffee so having a few for the stay to start would have been nice. I also prefer a bit more comfortable bed. Size was great, linens were perfect, it was just firm for me.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which is part of the Madeira Gems Hotel. The apartment was clean and modern and slept the 5 of us comfortably with one person on the sofa bed in the lounge. There were 2 bathrooms and a lovely large balcony. The access to the rooftop pool and bar/restaurant was an added bonus and was very welcome after a day of exploring this stunning island. Pool towels are included. We also hired a car and parked in a public car park for 4.50 Euros per day and this was just a 5-10 minute walk away

"Very disappointing, would not recommend."

Not a bad location near centre.

Building work going on next door, loud noise from early morning until early evening. Air conditioning not working correctly, apartment not cleaned for over a week, no outdoor space despite it being advertised. Very poor.

No Balcony. It did state outside Balcony furniture. Balcony was about 15 inches wide. Very disappointed with no Balcony to sit out on as was promised by Booking. Come
