It was stated they have 2 bathrooms, but in reality it has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet room.

Clean property, comfortable beds, kind host. Easy to get around.

We stayed there during December, for 10 days. The place was amazing. Maria, Rita and her husband welcomed us with lots of tips about the city, where to eat and what to visit. Check in: They waited for us until we arrived at the apartment, and Rita explained everything about the flat. Also, during our stay we had some doubts about things in the flat, and Rita immediately answered in WhatsApp and told us where things were, and solved all our questions. The flat is cozy, the room was great, and the kitchen was well equiped. A great place to stay. Location: The flat is in a nice area, and you can find places to eat and a small market shop (tienda de barrio) 5 minutes uphill. Remember Lisbon has a thousand hills, so you gotta walk up and down everywhere. If you are used to drive a car to move around, change your mindset and get used to walk for 10-15 minutes to a restaurant or so. In Lisbon do as the Lisboans. Laundry: Most houses in Portugal only have a washing machine (with some drying mode option, but clothes are still wet). As locals do, you hang your clothes outside the windows or with some hangers, but during winter it may take a day or two to dry. If you are in a rush and you need to dry your clothes quickly, there is a laundromat 5 minutes walking (and 100mts downhill) where you can use the dryers, the instructions are easy and it was cheap for the quantity of clothes (there was a huge dryer). The apartment is quiet: Many people complained about the airplane's noise and our friends also told us about this common problem in Lisbon, but we found out that the apartment is super quiet and no street traffic or planes bothered us at night. Check out: For departure, Rita and Maria even asked if we were in a rush so they could visit us the day before to arrange the check out. You need a bit of time for checkout, so plan accordingly.

- location - flat itself & building - great water pressure in the bathroom - 2x toilet - big kitchen - A/C (for warm and cold weather as well) - blinders - balcony - nearby is a wonderful park with peacocks&roosters - good communication with Duarte&Maria, felt welcomed

- we had minor noise issue with the neighbour where is probably a newborn (it's a matter of time:-) ) - otherwise great - we DID NOT mind to be further from the city, there is good connection via buses or uber - we DID NOT mind airplanes

Beautiful property, very comfortable setting, and up to date facilities. Loved having clothes washing machine.

By my own selection, now knowing city a little better would maybe choose closer to our interests. Used bolt to get to locations and walked alot so not a big negative factor. Found coffee and market nearby.

I loved how we were welcomed into the space, I loved how they had every amenity I could think of, and I loved how quiet the area was! I felt safe walking around any time of day and the proximity to the bus was perfect. We were able to have all our questions answered no matter how silly they were, and the host was happy to help us out and give us recommendations.
