Casas da Tapada

We really liked the spacious apartment! The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was lovely and we stocked on breakfast supplies and ate in the sunny breakfast nook. We also appreciated being able to wash our clothes and hang them to dry. We did a lot of day trips ( Sintra, Fatima, Nazare, Obidos) and saw a lot of the lovely areas around Lisbon!

This apartment was in a very upscale residential area but it was a 45 minute walk to get to the main squares/tourist areas. We made good use of cheap Uber/Bolt rides to get places quickly if needed.

Apartment was large, and tasetfully decorated. It was quiet at night and the washing machine was useful. Kitchen was well appointed.

Location was not perfect but we liked it by the end, as it was not touristy, was calm and had a few interesting restaurants and bars, and was close the port from where we left for a tour of the bay. Buses and rides were important to use.

Great property in a quiet neighbourhood with all the facilities we could ever need. Nice to have a fully furnished kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher.

Toilet in the main bathroom would continue running once it was flushed which was slightly annoying but other than that the facilities were perfect.

The property has beautiful facilities and was large enough for the 3 of us. Maria met us on arrival and gave us the keys. She said she would send us some recommendations however she never sent them. The shower and product are very nice and everything was available in the kitchen accept for little things like sugar, paper towel and there was no washing liquid for the washing machine.

The wifi was not very fast and the noise from above us was way too loud. You can hear the people moving up and down their apartment all day and when they came home at 3am in the morning it woke us up. Also on our last day, there was loud work being carried out just outside our door at 8.44am. Also the location, is a little far away and very hilly, so not recommended if you don't like to walk a lot.

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped. Maria was kind enough to let us check in a little early and leave our luggage. It was located in a quiet neighborhood just a short Uber ride or nice walk to every thing. It was also nice that there was a 1 and a half bath.

The property was located 15-20 minutes fron all the major attractions and Uber was very efficient. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. The host was very accommodating and flexible with my travel plans. She provided detailed information about Portugal, including the best restaurants and attractions. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and contained all the necessary amenities. The apartment also contains an extra half bathroom which is very helpful if traveling in a group of 3-4 people. It is also located near local bus and train stations. I would definitely book this place when I return to Portugal in the future.
