Because of the ratings we expected high standards and we were not disappointed. A great location, just 5 min walk downhill gets you to the waterside where bus/train and trams run very frequently. Tram 15E becomes you best friend. Very comfortable bed with nice quality bedding. A great shower too. Would return without any concerns. Very helpful host.

Very spacious and we were extremely happy with our stay. The pictures didn’t do the place justice, it was bigger than we expected. Aircond was on of the a main criteria when we were looking for a place. It has a bathroom and a big well equipped kitchen that we didn’t get the chance to utilise. Our host Maria was very lovely. She gave us a list of recommended restaurants and showed us around the unit. Would definitely come back again to stay if we ever visit Lisbon.

About the hostess,she is 👌,Maria speaks English, I arrived at 23.00, the hostess came at that time and did not charge me extra🙏!Thank you.Maria! !regarding the hostess, she asked me for a 200 euro deposit in hand, for this money, nowhere in Booking is it described that a cash deposit is required, so when you book this apartment, expect a 200 euro cash deposit! ! Regarding the apartment for rent, I ask all people who book this apartment to be aware that it is on the ground level, ground floor I am disappointed!, by this For me, the photos are not placed correctly in the booking ,and it is not clearly visible anywhere that the apartment-living room has a view of the sidewalk and the street I want to point out that I had rented the apartment for 14 days and in those 14 days I was in the living room 24/7 in the dark with close external roller blinds!!! as there are no curtains inside in the apartment and everything is visible at pavement level ,absolutely no privacy! on the other side of the apartment, where the kitchen is, there are no curtains or blinds, absolutely everything is visible, and there is the Dutch embassy building very close by! the apartment is located near the central elevator stop and is quite noisy from the constant use of the elevator! also there is a lot of noise coming from the apartment above it, the neighbors above are very noisy The apartment is entered directly into the living room, the living room is not proportional to the other rooms, the living room is quite small! the kitchen and bedroom are quite large! there are two toilets, one of which has a shower, they are of normal size. the internet is not the best, there is often no signal in the kitchen and bedroom There is no super market nearby!!! regarding cleanliness: perfect, very clean!!!

The property had everything we needed, was very spacious and clean. It was in a great area which was nice and quiet. Our host was wonderful and gave us plenty of information to help us with our stay in Lisbon.

The flat is in a quite area near the town center. It is very spacious, tastefully decorated and well equipped. –perfect for a family of four (two teenagers)! There are restaurants within easy walking distance. Rita recommended the “Glovo” app for food essentials not an amazing choice of food, but was very efficient! We also used Uber taxis to get to the center, Belem and also Sintra -as a family of 4 it worked out cheaper and easier for us. We also walked a lot and used a couple of local taxis which are ok, but more expensive. We wanted to experience the tram 28, but it was always PACKED with people! By accident we saw a tram 24E (which looks exactly the same as the 28) it was empty so we decided to have a go, and it took us to a beautiful area of Lisbon. We didn’t have the budget for a Fado restaurant (approx. 45€ p/p with set menu) so we went to a concert at Lisboa em Fado in Baixa Chiado (19€ adults 13-18 years 16€ each) a glass of porto was offered, lovely AC room, info via video presentation about history of Fado and the musicians were AMAZING! We weren’t expecting it to be so good! Maria and Rita were very professional and helpful alwaysresponding quickly to any questions.

The highlight of my stay was the staff. Both Rita and Maria were amazing, extremely helpful and friendly. The place is wonderful with an incredible location.
