Fully renovated, very spacious. Easy access to public transport. Multiple AC units to cool down the full apartment very quickly.

Great modern apartment with everything you could need, would stay again. Taxis/Uber made it easy to get around most of Lisbon.

Nothing, it was perfect

Rita met us at the property early to drop off our luggage as we arrived before check-in time, she also showed us the property and told us all the best places to go for food/coffee etc, she was very helpful and friendly. There was a slight hiccup with the cleaners not showing up on time to clean the property for us, but as the cleaning company is an independent company this was nothing to do with the owner of the property, this situation was sorted quickly for us and we were kept informed of the situation.

Lovely sunny bedroom. Beautifully equipped kitchen. Interesting decor. Quiet at night. Good nearby corner store for supplies. Very high standard of cleanliness. We liked that there were a few essentials in the kitchen, like foil paper and salt. We liked being out of the bustle of the city center in the evenings. Parking was very easy in the nearby underground site.

There was an imbalance between the size of the lounge and bedroom. The lounge is equipped with a sofa bed and a dining table for four, but the room is very small. I think it would have been nicer if the owners only accepted a maximum of 2 guests and so could dispense with the dining table (there is a neat little table and 2 chairs in the kitchen), and added a comfortable armchair and a proper sofa (sofa beds are never comfortable to sit on). We walked a long way in the mornings, had lunch out then retired to the flat for dinner and the evening. It didn’t feel there was anywhere to sit and relax properly. I think this small change would make a big difference!

Maria was kind to let us drop our luggage in the morning and give us a tour. We walked to LX and had lunch. We were tired but it’s not a bad walk. The apartment is spacious and clean and had the basics, including a Nespresso machine. We were very comfortable! Check out was very easy.

Others have mentioned it so I’ll say a few good over door hooks would be very helpful. There are peacocks and roosters in the park across the street and you will hear them but we loved it. Not much immediately nearby but a bodega with basics is a short walk away and we used Bolt to affordably get the family around Lisbon.

The location is nice but not walking distance to the old town/city center, be aware. Also there is fine print about a late check in fee and cash deposit fee. READ THE FINEPRINT

The property was clean, has lots of natural lighting, is cozy yet beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped. The towels were soft and fluffy. There was lots of space to relax. The manager was kind and responsive.
