Nice location. Close to bus which will bring you to town or any of the lifts on Peak 9.

Could use some general maintenance. There are some broken items in kitchen. Need some lightbulbs replaced. Need a set of glassware for sure.

Very comfortable for my husband and myself to meet our son and his family. Loved that everyone had their own bathroom.

No powder room on main level. Hot tub was a bit dirty.
