City Water View Oasis with Pool & Gym near Cruise in Heart of Seattle

Great place to stay really comfortable plenty of choice for restaurants would definitely recommend the Italian restaurant under the apartment easy walk to most things

Sofa bed sheets were a little noisy when turning over at night

The apartment was very lovely and spacious and situated very conveniently. We could easily walk to the Space Needle, Pike's Public Market, the Waterfront etc. It had plenty of crockery and cutlery, a great oven, a decent sized bathroom and large bedroom. The view from the little balcony was lovely too. The main bed was huge and felt very luxurious to sleep in.

The pull out sofa was not as comfortable.

This property is located in the heart of Belltown the trendy part of the city surrounded by restaurants and bars. There is a corner shop for essentials and an excellent bakery on the block. It is a 20 minute easy walk to downtown a pike market and 10 minutes to the waterfront at most. The property is well equipped for self catering. It is very comfortable and light and bright. You can see the sea from the balcony. Loved the pool ,Sauna and jacuzzi and the rooftop terrace.

The apartment is furnished nicely but was let down by a broken window blind and the drapes not being hooked up properly. Non essential but made it look a bit tired. The wardrobe and storage were also very full of spare linen and equipment so there was little usable storage but again not essential.

Location was nice, the balcony had a partial water view

I don’t like that you can not access the building without the key. My girlfriends and I got split up when we went out and two of the four were waiting outside the front door, they could not get in without me and ended up having to uber home. It ruined the whole experience. Only two of us ended up staying. Would have been nice to have the lobby access available at least since there is a door man waiting inside. It was cold and late at night and they didn’t know what else to do since they could not reach me at that moment. Also the pool is super far away in a separate building across the courtyard. You have to go outside in the cold in order to get to it. Not ideal and did not use it for this reason

The Italian restaurant downstairs. The owner saved us and let us stay in his restaurant for 4 hours while we waited to a plumber to come to our rented condo b

The man working at the front desk is not a happy human and does not want to help with anything. He does not want to be bothered and will tell you that he only helps people who live there. Upon entering the man couldn’t talk to show us around. We didn’t know where anything was. Not the pool or hot tub or sitting area. We had to ask the Italian restaurant owner for help with everything. The man who gave us the key has a mask on and could not walk more than a few steps without coughing. Upon entering The smell was so bad I started to get sick immediately The sink was backed up with food and moldy substance. The toilet flooded over and poop particles all over the floor that I had to mop up. Poop on the floor all over. Something bad in the sink stained. Stains on furniture The couch bed was so uncomfortable we had to line it with blankets under the mattress. Sat at restaurant for hours trying to find a way to get into room to rest after a long day. AC window units detached The doorman is unhelpful and very very rude. By the time we took all of our luggage up 6th floor and found parking it was too late to find something else.

The location is great and the bed was very comfortable.

While the location is good and there’s plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, that equates a very noisy nightlife/street noise, which can be a bit of a pain if you go to bed before midnight. We had no TV reception due to a previous guest taking the connection that provides some TV access. While we contacted the property to rectify and were told someone would come the next day to fix the TV, that never occurred during our five night stay.
