It's close to the Shops and the beach everything is around the property even the liquor you don't have to drive or walk long distance

You included the cleaner but the cleaner didn't come through ,maybe the cleaner came after we've gone

The view was amazing, had everything we needed.

Small things, just needs a little bit of tlc in the room but further than that everything was good

View was good, it was comfortable inside the room

Received a message day of booking that due to a burst geyser, our booking was moved to another unit. Cameron (host) apologized in message & advised he is in USA & may not reply to messages.

Alternative unit given was nowhere near standard of photos of advertised.unit. Photos & message was shared with Cameron who failed to respond

Apartment can be described as a dump. Nothing like the pictures on the website.

Could not open the main burglar gates or door. Gates rusted badly main door big holes. Apartment dirty. Could not open the toilet no door handles. See pictures sent. Stove dirty. Bed not made ...no new linen put on beds. And this was at 15h30 long after check in times. Will NEVER recommend this apartment to anyone. In my opinion this apartment places your company into disrepute as I would be reluctant to book anymore units with booking. Com. The view was lovely with windows one could open to smell the ocean air the location and the flat were in a good area walking distance to the different beaches and a shopping center. The staff and security were amazing. The kitchen and living area and rooms are big enough and there are enough cupboards for packing space.

The sofas' chairs weren't clean and had dirt marks on them' the widows were dusty and not cleaned the stove plates had dirt on them', some of the pillows need replacing & proper towels for guests need to be put in the flat. It needs a little TLC. The owner didn't answer his calls or messages when we needed a remote to get in and out of the complex.

Location is fine, acces to 2nd floor with lift was easy. Safe inside parking.

Mould in the shower Oven was "extremely" dirty ! No bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom with ceiling light not working, had to use the bedside lamp from 1st bedroom Only two forks and one spoon in the kitchen No carpets in shower or elsewhere on tile floors No guidance on use of TV and relative options Tried to contact the owner with friendly advice in getting the property sorted out, did not take my calls or respond to my WApp, really dissapointing given the good intention and being a Guesthouse owner myself.
