Lovely clean and modern facilities had everything we needed.

Clean and neat.

The property’s freezer was not working , meaning we had to drive almost 50 min every time to get ice from the Sondela shop . This was not advised to me at time of booking . Very disappointed . The kitchen , drawers and area underneath the sink needs serious attention.

The house is very spacious. No wifi so you can definitely rest and appreciate nature.

Nothing

The house is in an amazing location in Sondela. There is a watering hole just outside so there is a lot of game coming around the house. The house is comfortable and there is great BBQ facilities outside.

Generally the house is run down and in serious need of maintenance. One of the drawers was broken, the advertised satellite/DSTV didn't exist, many door handles were loose, the washing machine leaked like a faucet and we had to clean water up from the floor. The freezer also stopped working so generally just really needs a refresh. I thought for the money I was paying the experience was not great.

Very peaceful and quiet with only the Nyala and bush bucks as visitors. The kids really enjoyed being so close to the animals. The house with each room having its own ensuite bathroom adds to the comfort and sense of privacy.

Maintenance needs some attention. The kitchen had a broken drawer and chipped plates. Lamp shades in one bedroom also have seen better days.

The TV wasn't working, and we were not informed when the owner knew that beforehand. The house needs a lot of maintenance. The kitchen cupboards doors are falling off, one room we could not open as the door was broken. Lots of door handles are loose In one bedroom there's a battery with open wires linked to the alarm on a shelf. VERY dangerous.

Plenty of animals, very tame. Large building

We arrived a few minutes before checkin closed. If we'd been later not sure what would have happened. there was no deadline mentioned. The property was once great. Plenty of things are dilapidated - our daughter got locked in her room and had to be cut out, door handles loose, missing sinkplugs, lampshades and light bulbs, missing cushions on chairs, very old bedlinen and pillows. And so on.

The location is incredible with game right on your doorstep

We couldn’t get hold of the owner as the reception was unaware of our booking but they did hand us the keys eventually. The house needed a good clean. The DSTV didn’t work.
