"Nice bushveld break, lovely big house for big family."

Lovey bushveld house, spacious with plenty of rooms and clean. Just nice to relax in nature with all the animals trolling and gazing around the house. Nice and close to a swimming pool. Ria is a great host see answers very promptly on WhatsApp. We will recommend it to anyone!

Beds were comfortable

Our booking was not on the system at reception, very inconvenient. The inside handle of the door on one suite was completely off, we could not use it at all.The staff took earphones (airpods) from our rooms. There are no aircons, extremely hot. The TV did not work, nor did the satellite dish. The braai was in complete shambles. Various issues in kichen.

The house really does need an upgrade. The matrasses didn't sleep nicely - the mattrass protectors were hard and uncomfortable - linen needs to be replaced. The table in dining room has very heavy chairs - not suitable for little children

We were one with nature. Animals all around us. The property is very spacious

The place needs a bit of maintenance. A few of the lights were not working, a few of the doors jam, there was no remote for DStv, the DStv itself was only showing channel 100. It was not easy getting hold of the owner. Some of my questions were not answered. Disappointed in that regard.

We had a great time with family. House is spacious and being semi-detached everyone can be together but have privacy. Will rent this property again. Sondela was awesome lots to do. Great breakaway in the bushveld.
