The Botanist's Hideout - Luxury Retreat with Parking

Very bright well laid out, perfect location couldn’t have asked for a more perfect spot, close to everything in the city centre but peaceful and out of the way enough to not be really loud at night. So easy to find and get in with the welcome pack sent before arrival.

The bed was a bit firm but working in furniture retail I know that it is down to personal preference, the blind was a bit fiddly but after discussing with the owner we found a way to resolve it and is in the process of being sorted out.

The location was amazing only 7 minute walk from shambles

There was so many codes to enter the building I was very anxious as non of them were working at first , I saw other people struggling to Enter codes to apartment, I did try to help them what’s wrong with an old fashion key ! The accommodation was clean but kettle was full of limescale , mugs had tea stains ! For this amount of money being charged I expect more attention to detail

Had a problem with the roller blind, but quck message to staff got it sorted.

Easy access into the city. Good parking facilities. Owner was accomodating and help to source some added extras to make our stay special for my husbands birthday.

Nothing was really a problem but it was a little stuffy. The addition of the little fan was good.

Good well thought out accommodation. Good location and parking was a bonus.

Lots of instructions provided about access... but still a little tricky to work out,and get in. OK on second day.
