Poor ventilation so too hot. None of the electrical appliances seemed to have been PAT tested Some of the spotlight bulbs needed replacing Desk light could not be plugged in

Really wonderful little place to explore York within easy walking distance. Entry instructions were exceptionally well done including step-by-step photos which made it low-stress & super easy. Nice to have a washing machine. Enjoyed the comfortable bed. Highly recommend.

Location was great, easy to walk everywhere.

The apartment was very dusty. A hand towel was thrown on the shelf above the wash basin along with a half used toilet roll. A bag of something? was in the ice box and why was there a bottle of opened vegetable oil in the cupboard under the sink?

Very small window to open, so apartment was getting really warm during the day and night. Bed and sofa were not overly comfy. The mattress was quite hard and the pillows kept falling down the back of the bed during the night. You get provided with a mini shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Unfortunately for us the cleaner left us with a half used dirty bottle of shampoo. Fortunately i brought our one from home and used that instead.
