Great location, nice area, safe, secure, a quiet bedroom to the rear of the property and 2 showers, one in the bathroom and one on the en suite.

TV only had access to apps not a full Freeview channel list.

WiFi was rubbish couldn't watch the TV as all relied on WiFi and the bathroom smelt a little of drains

Perfect location for exploring York

Sofa bed was uncomfortable and uneven, under mattress was stained and bedding/covers in a poor state. Fridge door didn’t open properly due to not being level, we had to level it ourselves for the stay. Cutlery/ cups etc were dirty so had to wash everything before we could use it. Parking fees were extremely expensive!!! Plates didn’t fit in the cupboard so door didn’t shut and door hits smoke alarm on the ceiling so you had to remember each time you opened it!

The place looks great, bed very comfy. Lovely huge mirrors and the kitchen is great though the fridge was not working, possibly not plugged in, I only realised on the morning we left.

The place smelled very strongly of air freshener. This ruined the stay for me unfortunately as it is a very strong air freshener which gave me a headache instantly and there was no way to get rid of the smell in the two nights we stayed. I would suggest using one without a smell or a more subtle one. Also the toilet in the bathroom in the bedroom did not work properly and blocked and the bathroom door sticks. There is no bench space in the bathrooms. The TV did not work.

Great little apartment close to everywhere, food, shops, going in to town

Ignorant tenants above us. We paid £420 for a long weekend with the grandkids, literally Friday and Saturday until at least 1-2am in the morning kids running about, furniture being banged and scraped all hours of the day, I actually spoke to the lady who said she would quieten down but all she did was get louder. Staying here you won't get any sleep and it's a real shame as the apartment is not bad at all. It was that bad I had to report the noise to the police and the York noise enforcement team, really disappointed.

Location, everything exactly as advertised 60 or 70 yards from wall to centre and ontop of amenities letting agent good on phone can't say about staff as it is an apartment so no staff but can't complain about anything
