Beautiful apartment and very close to the centre. Ideal location

Location is excellent. Overall very clean and adequate for a short stay.

Bedroom has no ventilation (no window to open). If you want fresh air you have to leave rear door opened which my wife wasn't happy with. This issue raises a concern over safety, security at night. The fixed window needs replaced with one that can open. Check In Instructions had wifi password which is incorrect, missing letter in the password. Internet was not working and I had to rectify it myself - minor issue but could have been avoided to save contacting owner. Owner did assist getting it sorted for which I was thankful.

The bed was comfortable and the kitchen with the oven toaster microwave and kettle with plenty of utensils

There was a used towel on the floor in the front bathroom and there was no salt and pepper and the internet wasn’t the strongest

Nice, cosy appartament. The location was fantastic, a couple of minutes walk from the cetre. All the atractions were easily acessable and we had a really nice family time in York.

The location of this property is especially appealing, it's so accessible to the centre of York, everything felt close by. The apartment was a good size for 3 people, and it was fairly clean, though with the odd spider web! The bed and sofa were comfortable, there were plenty of towels and spare bedding. We did have to put a sheet on the pillows and duvet for the living room as there were 3 of us, not an issue but something that maybe should be done prior to arrival. There aren't sanitary/bathroom bins in either of the bathrooms, not a problem for us this time but think this is something that should be provided. Note the door to the ensuite is very difficult to open it seems to be a bit stuck. Also note that the upstairs neighbours had their washing machine on after 11pm which was rather loud directly above the bedroom! Minor issues really, if returning to York we'd use this apartment again!
