Well situated a clean.

Sofa bed mattress practically non existent. Daughter ended up just sleeping on sofa itself more comfortable. Not the owners fault but constant thudding as if furniture being removed or ball being bounced on ground from 7am in the morning and evening upt about 9pm . I bought ear plugs and still could hear it

Good, clean and wonderful location, almost all the facilities are available

No WiFi which is really annoying particularly that the signal inside the apartment is very week

Great location

The whole apartment needs a good clean. We had to wash mugs etc before using them. The sofabed was dirty and very uncomfortable. There is also a strong damp smell throughout the property.

Perfect location and super easy to find. Right by York Minster and all of the popular attractions. Comfy apartment and it had everything we needed for our stay. Able to gain access to the apartment with ease, and we even managed to leave our bags there before check in so we could walk around stress free whilst the room was getting cleaned. The owner had left a guest book full of recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants and takeaways which really came in handy.

Some noise from the house above. Sounded like they had small children running around, but as we were out most of the day, this didn't affect us much.

The property itself was lovely. It had everything we needed. Considering it’s on a main road the noise isn’t too bad and it’s close enough to everything you need.

The only issues we had was the persistent noise from the property above on both nights. It sounded like furniture being dragged, a ball being bounced and children running laps of honour across the floors. This made it difficult to sleep. We travelled with our 2 year old who was woken within 30 mins of going to sleep and it went on until almost midnight both nights. The only other issue was the sofa bed was completely unusable. The mattress is beyond thin and you couldn’t sit on it let alone sleep on it so our older daughter had to sleep on the sofa.

Central location was excellent

WiFi connection was poor.

The location was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully equiped

On arrival the apartment was unlocked and there were no keys, because of this we waited over an HR for someone to give to come and give us keys and we missed our river cruise.
