Exceptionally clean, decorated for Christmas and in a great location. Very modern and the night view of Clifford Tower from the balcony was spectacular.

Cleanliness and location.

An exceptional location for York City Center. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Relaxing on the balcony afterward was a treat.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

We loved the amazing view from the balcony, the lovely setup, the wonderful location.

Location & patio

Burned out light bulbs in dining room & kitchen. Not a show-stopper

The value for money for this property is realised by the location with onsite parking and view.

Loved the contemporary design , the large open plan layout, the verandah with stunning outlook.

The quirky electric light switches and a lot of unusued appliances on standby: higher than necessary consumption of energy

Location was the best, being near to all the attractions and the added bonus of the view of Clifford’s Tower from the flat! The attention to detail was wonderful with beautiful Christmas decorations hung in the flat.

My only niggle was the shower, which dispensed water outside the shower whenever it was in use.
