The Old Fire Station Luxury Apartment

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of Clifford tower and perfect location. Just a few minutes walk to the centre or 30 seconds down to the river. Very modern, tidy and pretty quiet considering the central location. Lovely touch of the christmas tree as well. Didn't make much use of the kitchen facilities but had everything you would expect for a self catering apartment.

Only negative would be lack of a wardrobe/hangers in the twin bedroom

A beautiful property in the perfect location. Could not recommend more. Very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a weekend away.

The only comment I would have is there were signs of black mould forming in the showers - but nothing that cant easily be fixed.

It’s was very spacious. Location was excellent as you could come back to drop off shopping and continue your day. Very warm and cosy. Double Bed was very comfortable. Near to train station but not too near. Only 10 min walk to cathedral and shambles. Plenty of supermarkets close. A lovely cheap Samuel smith pub on river 5 mins away.

Only 1 hand towel per couple which is not ideal if you wash your hair. Not toiletries or cleaning products. Make sure you take dishwasher tablets if you want to use it during your stay

Location was great

WiFi was bad, no signal in bedroom so watchin tv there was zero. Sofa is, vile, stained, dirty and awful, worst I ever saw, same as the throw on the bed, vile & unwashed. Light fittings full of dust, Chairs, cushions all dirty. Cups all stained. We found & had to discard silverfish in EVERY bathroom. Thats disgusting & not luxury. Even the fairy liquid was washed down , full of water, WTF? Luxury includes robes and slippers, and at least a standard of cleaning, this place had zero. Worst thing is, its a lovely flat, in a great location, but whoever owns it has just left it to die and pick up money from it, which is working, but don't go here. For the money, pay for a Travelodge. DO NOT PAY THE MONEY TO GO HERE!

Easy to locate the apartment, and park the car. A lift once you get up the building stairs makes it easy to get luggage up to the apartment. Once of the best views of all apartments I’ve ever stayed in, with the nicest decor and furnishings.

Talking to locals, the neighbour always parks their car ridiculously close to the marking line making it a very tight squeeze between the concrete pole and their car….

Fabulous location.

This was the nicest vacation rental I have ever experienced. The facilities were immaculate and the location was perfect.

My only feedback (very minor) would be to provide a hairdryer and shampoo.
