Location, facilities, style, space, parking, ability to have two single beds in second bedroom

Property was stunning, beautifully furnished, clean and modern. Nice touch of salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee and milk in cupboard and fridge. Also cakes, cookies and crisps to celebrate birthday. Views are beautiful too. Also added balloons for us, to help celebrate a birthday.

The only small comment would be the master in suite shower needs a little attention. The power isn’t great, mostly as the shower head needs unblocking.

Black mould in master bathroom and some doors fell off by dish washer

Fabulous decor and facilities. Finished to a very high standard. Lovely and spacious. Also a nice quiet building. Very well positioned for walking all round the city centre.

Just a couple of niggles. The lights over the hob and on the extractor fan weren’t working. The shower is a little underpowered and tends to overflow onto the door in the master en suite. A proper height loo roll holder would be better than the storage stand. Also need non stick pans for cooking breakfast!

Being in the centre of York was a huge bonus.

Unfortunately something beyond our control ( the rain ).

Modern and clean, nice terrace, very good facilities, great view and location

Too warm in bed at night - duvet too thick and heavy and pillows not very comfortable

Excellent location right in the heart of the city. Beautiful apartment with great facilities. Nowhere in 2nd bedroom to hang clothes but master bedroom had a walk in dressing area. Unfortunately due to the adverse weather we couldn't take full advantage of the outside area.

No hanging space for 2nd bedroom.
