1.the wifi was not working and had to purchase WiFi for 40 pounds, apple are going to be reimbursed...still waiting. 2. The pre arrival instrwere very detailed and very out of date hence we were wandering around in circles in the pouring rain on our arrival 3. The switch to the dishwasher was shorting out so a fire hazard

Excellent apartment in a prime location. Everything was above my expectations. Only let down was the couch/fold out bed in the living area which has seen better days.

The self check in process was a hassle. On arrival the keys were not present in the key press. This was not the fault of the owner however they suggested we still use the room and they will bring a spare key, despite the clear safety concerns this would bring and would suggest they don't have an extensive cleaning between each booking. At our request, they moved us to another location which was great however ongoing discussions about price differences and refunds left me with negative feelings about the stay. I wasn't compensated whatsoever despite having to pay for an Uber to the other end of town and change rooms. Aside from that, the accommodation was lovely just a shame the customer service isn't to the same standard. Improvements to the communication in the team that runs the apartments would help this.

Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work

The location was just perfect, easy access to the railway station and to the city centre.

There was a sort of droning noise that could be heard all day and night. Which was a bit off putting.

Great location. Great space and nice apartment.

No hot water for the shower. Noisy at night. Toilet doesn't flush well.

Communication with the team was excellent. All queries were answered quickly and professionally and they were flexible with a couple of requests. Location was perfect for us. It was a short walk to town so you didn't have all the noise of York city centre but could get there easily. The security into the complex and the building was a nice feature.

The sofa was broken/worn out and uncomfortable and there was a stain in the middle of it.

The accommodation was super clean, cozy and had everything you could ever need and more will definitely be coming back to the apartment soon!
